The Honey Cloud is based on a 200 year old recipe from Denmark and very popular in Northern Europe The bottom is made of a gluten free cookie, topped with Italian meringue, dipped in dark Belgian Chocolate. Almost like a marshmallow but only better. The Honey Clouds are available at the Noodle Guy in Port Williams and every Saturday at the Halifax Brewery market (7 am/ 1 pm)
